From there, our approach became clear.

At Nuldam, our vegan facility is intentionally divided by space and expertise.
Baking specialists focus only on crafting the dough, carefully blending and shaping each bagel.
Once baked, they’re flash-frozen at peak freshness and packaged right away —
so what reaches you is the bagel at its best.

This process lets us preserve freshness without adding preservatives, silica gel, or unnecessary additives.
Frozen isn’t about convenience for us —
it’s about delivering the most simple, clean, and fresh form of the product 🤍

Yes, frozen shipping requires gel packs ❄️
So we choose recyclable packaging and water-based gel packs,
and we avoid styrofoam boxes entirely —
small choices, but ones that matter 🌍
