That’s the inspiration behind our use of Aquafaba, a powerful egg alternative derived from chickpeas. While producing Aquafaba, pulp byproducts are naturally generated — and we saw in them an opportunity. Instead of discarding this nutrient-rich pulp, we upcycle it into wholesome, functional foods.
