Recently, we had the opportunity to join the Round-Up League Insight Trip, a program hosted by NAVER, where we spent meaningful time meeting our customers in person.

About the Trip

This program is NAVER’s new initiative designed to support brands aiming to expand globally — including Japan, Southeast Asia, and the United States.
This year, 14 brands were selected, and we were honored to participate as one of them.

💬 Meeting Our Customers

During the trip, we conducted market research in the Shibuya area of Tokyo and hosted talk sessions with local influencers and customers.
At the showcase event, attended by micro-influencers with over 10,000 followers and around 350 customers, we were able to hear so many real voices and honest reactions 🌸

📱 Instagram Events in Progress

We also held special events on Instagram throughout the trip ✨
Our Nuldam team connected directly with customers via DM, sharing stories about our products, flavors, and the values behind our brand.
